What happens when I hit the Free upload limit?
You keep full access to existing findings and the audit trail. New uploads pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once up front and save up to 20% versus monthly. Enterprise plans are custom agreements.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. Your findings and audit history are never deleted when you change plans.
Is my data safe?
Files are scanned for malware before parsing, stored in a private workspace-scoped bucket, and every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
