Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SpanFin is operated by ANEES P.G, based in India ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SpanFin web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

SpanFin analyses accounts-payable files you upload and flags potential issues such as duplicate invoices, credit-note and refund mismatches, and data-quality problems. Findings are decision-support signals only: they are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not guarantee that any payment is correct or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and for every payment decision you make.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• Workspace owners control member seats, roles and invitations within their plan's limits.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Team, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect immediately and is prorated.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

• You retain all rights to the files and data you upload.
• You grant us the limited right to process your uploads solely to provide the Service.
• You must have the right to upload the data you submit and must not upload unlawful content.
• Uploaded files are scanned for malware and stored privately; see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security or plan limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to process data you have no right to process.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or payments made or withheld based on findings. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
